The Acolyte was a great addition to the Star Wars universe. It felt consistent with continuity and introduced new characters, politics, and environments to explore. Keeping it closely connected to the familiar, yet adding new elements to explore was so enjoyable. Just because loud voices have issues with the director & show runner shouldn't be enough to make a decision to nix the characters & storyline. Disney was too hasty with this & didn't fight back enough. I don't agree or align with the politics of the writer/director, but I loved the show and want more!
